Registration for P2P2007

Registration is now available, and is accomplished online at this website.

NOTE: At least one author of each accepted paper must register to the conference before June 16 2007, 5pm and present the paper.

Invitation letters

Our policy is that invitation letters can be issued only to speakers, presenters, committee members or persons known by the organizing committee. In addition registration fees must be paid in full before the letter is provided. Letters will only be sent by Postal Mail or fax and only to the individual registered for the conference.

Send your request for an invitation letter to Maria Smyth, local arrangements, who will be glad to assist you under the above conditions.

Registration Dates

The P2P2007 early registration rates apply if registering between 8 June – 3 August 2007. If you can register early, that will definitely help our planning.

Note: Accommodation reservations must be made directly with Hotel, before 31 July, 2007 using conference code “DERI”, to avail of special rates. Please see the Hotel information page.

Conference Fees

Conference fees pay for a copy of the proceedings, attendance of all sessions, lunches, morning and afternoon refreshments, and the social event. Tutorials costs separate. Please note that all prices are in Euros (EUR). A convenient currency converter may be found here.

* One author of every paper must register at the full (IEEE or non-IEEE member) price before June 16 2007, 5pm. The student rate is available for non-authors, or students who will not be the sole author attending P2P2007.

** Please note fee for tutorials same for full day or half day attendance. Only 60 places available due to size of venue. Allocated on a first come first serve basis.

On-site registration will also be available at the conference.

Tutorials

There are 2 half day tutorials scheduled for Sunday, 2^nd September 2007, to take place in the Digital Enterprise Research Institute (DERI), places limited to 60.

Refund Policy

All requests for refund (for non-authors only) must be made in writing or email notification to maria.smyth@deri.org, before 3 August 2007. However, a €200 fee is retained to cover processing fee, proceedings cost, food, and coffee break commitments.
